Over the past two years I’ve been making small adjustments to my physical surroundings and mental consumptions.  It has been a rewarding, enjoyable process.  What I discovered is that our environment has the potential to be the supportive foundation that helps us be at our very best.  So now I’d like to help you in your journey.

In this two-part series, we will assess and improve two components of our environment:

  1. physical surroundings (home, car, office, etc.)
  2. mental consumptions (news, social media, books, etc.)

During each webinar we will discuss how purposefully curating your environment will positively contribute to your overall well-being.  I will share simple strategies that will offer you more joy and optimism.  (I think we could all use a little more of those!)

This two-part, virtual program includes:

  • Virtual Classes:  You’ll participate in two lively, one-hour classes via Zoom.  Each class is designed to educate you about a specific concept, prompt you to analyze how it relates to your own situation and motivate you to apply what you have learned through practical application.
  • Powerful Content:  Each concept has been carefully chosen to empower you to reduce your frustrations and create more happiness and ease in your life. Additionally, you’ll receive a program workbook that provides best practices and step-by-step instructions for success.
  • Transformational Plan: You’ll create a six-week personalized plan to increase your overall happiness by improving your environment.

When:  We will meet two consecutive Saturdays (3/20 and 3/27) from 10-11 a.m. ET
