Coaching is an interactive process where I help you achieve your goals. Through powerful conversations, I ask questions to help create focus and clarity, and inspire new thinking and behavior. I support you in the achievement of your personal and professional goals, thereby enhancing the quality of your life.
I coach people from all walks of life and have found that most everyone can benefit from time management and productivity coaching. I work with corporate employees, small business owners, freelancers, creatives, stay-at-home parents, college students, and more. Every individual is different, so I tailor each conversation to meet my clients’ specific goals and challenges.
Individual coaching is for anyone who wants to take a deep-dive into their time and productivity obstacles in order to remove them once and for all. During our time together, we overhaul your schedule to help you regain your precious time. We begin with an assessment of your entire schedule and responsibilities to uncover your specific concerns. Based on this information, I design a program customized just for you! Here are some examples of actions you can accomplish and results you can achieve:
I learned from a young age that time management is a foundational skill that sets the stage for success in every part of our lives. The way we manage our days impacts our relationships, our job performance, and even our health. I love seeing clients reap the benefits in every area of their lives.
Coaching sessions are confidential. In the initial conversation, I will ask lots of questions to learn about your specific goals and challenges and find out what motivates you. Then, I will create a coaching plan that will serve as our guide. (However, we will adjust along the way, being strategic by thinking long-term while also considering your present circumstances.)
In between coaching sessions, you will take specific action to achieve your goals. At the beginning of each call, we will review your progress, trouble-shoot any obstacles, celebrate successes, and move forward accordingly.
The coaching time frame varies and depends on many factors: your goal(s), your commitment and openness to change, your circumstances, how quickly and thoughtfully you complete homework assignments, etc. The coaching process may last from just a few sessions to a couple of years, with the majority lasting six to 12 months.
I will meet with you two to three times per month, depending on your schedule and specific goals. Through many years of experience and testing of different time frames, I’ve found that this frequency yields the greatest returns in terms of change. This schedule offers time for reflection and application of learning in between sessions, while maintaining the momentum of our work together.
My goal is to make scheduling as convenient as possible for you. Most clients opt to either meet by phone or the online platform, Zoom.
Many individuals feel they can’t afford a professional coach. But, after considering the value they have gained from coaching, my clients often wonder what took them so long to contact me. Before thinking about the price, ask yourself what you’d be missing if you don’t get a coach. What isn’t working in your life or career right now? How might your life be better if your challenges were resolved and replaced with productive, valuable actions?
My coaching fees start at $200 and increase from there, depending on many factors. During your complimentary consultation, I am happy to share more information.
Absolutely! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. Any information that you share with me is kept confidential.
